Riot device not working
I purchased the Riot device from Swift Electrical after they promised me that it would work perfectly with my system. Before buying, I made it clear that I have an old inverter that doesn’t support RJ45 or RJ12 ports, but they assured me it would still be compatible with the Hubble. However, nothing worked as promised. Their excuse was that they don’t typically sell these devices to others. There was no after-sales service or support whatsoever.

Worst service ever no feedback staff speak to you like you trash when you complain
They worked at my property with no supervision 7 tiles and 1m up and 2.5cm wide took them from 08h25 to 16h05. Then the tiling was done like you will not know my granite top cracked looks like they used a tile cutter on my granite top all pictures is available. Then also cut my alarm of

Beware of hidden call out fees.
Beware of hidden call-out fees. Swift Electrical was called out to find a fault in our rental unit that kept tripping the earth leakage. They failed to mention a call-out fee of R586 at any point in the conversation. Besides the fact that they looked around the apartment for 20minutes with a solution that was debunked the same day by another electrician. Not being transparent about call-out fees is ludicrous. I would never have agreed on a call-out if it was communicated that there would be such an exuberant call-out fee for a 20min job. I have now been handed over to debt collectors by Swift electrical for an amount of R801,41.
