I purchased the Riot device from Swift Electrical after they promised me that it would work perfectly with my system. Before buying, I made it clear that I have an old inverter that doesn’t support RJ45 or RJ12 ports, but they assured me it would still be compatible with the Hubble. However, nothing worked as promised. Their excuse was that they don’t typically sell these devices to others. There was no after-sales service or support whatsoever.
I waited eagerly for over four months for them to fix my machine. After making me pay for their work, I discovered that the machine was still broken. Now, they want to charge me even more to fix an issue they couldn't identify before charging me for parts that are useless to me. I requested that they return my machine, but after another week of waiting, it still hasn't been delivered. They refused to refund me for the parts and labor that hold no value to me. This has been the worst service experience, and they have no respect for time.
