I have been part of some *****ster taking money out of my account on 2 July 2024. it was taken in different amounts out of my bank total gets to R17 366.00. I have phoned ***** department several times. Also explained that I had no power neither can my vehicle go off and can not make any debt. After several phone calls they keep on saying that it has been esculated. Yesterday a lady came back speaking to me asking if I clicked on a link send to me on 26 May 2024 money was taken out account on 2 July. But looking no link was send to me on messages. Only Lotto land . Meanwhile I have been without power for almost a month, meat that went off speaking to other people that they received theire money within latest turn around time 14 days. But I am not seeing to have any luck every day is a different story. I even posted on FNB facebook page no one has phoned me 2725-117, money was even taken from Virtual Card I have never used my virtual card so how did this happen not sure maybe someone inside bank, someone scanned my phone not sure at all
I have bought a bed on a special I have already changed the bed within 6 months. Now I am complaining again. That bed has been discontinued I have been dealing with SAMA but she has blocked me on whats app. They are trying to get a base.
