Review your refund processes, evaluate the circumstances under which refund is required and update your procedures to fit each circumstance. At least that is what every reputable business should do. Not every situation is the same therefore it should not be treated the same. I am currently faced with a dilemma that involves me having to get my money back from Open Learning Group. The money is classified as a refund, although it is money I wrongly deposited through the EFT process on my Capitec app, which I do plan on deleting as soon as I get my money, I'm keeping the APP for evidence sake. The process of refund takes up till 7 days as per some of the call centre agents and up till 21 days as per others. I am frustrated as I have called their call centre to have the process sped up and to find out the delay and no feasible feedback has been given to me. I went through the reviews and I found the same issue occurred 4 years ago and its now 2020 and the process is still tedious.
I am not sure when the below will be actioned, I thought it does not even take a day. *Thank you for your post.* We sincere apologized for any inconvenienced caused to you. The request has been sent to the prepaid group to removed your cell number from the Xtra airtime The reference SMC/00010737247 Kind Regards, *Alice van der Merwe* *MTN*
I don't think MTN values its customers. MTN has the extra airtime service they offer clients which they copied from vodacom ( airtime advance) and just gave it a different name. The difference is vodacom gives you the option to opt out of the service and no longer have access to it if you decide not to want to use it anymore. And then there's MTN our beloved copycat network provider, the only reason I have not ported my number to vodacom is because vodacom internet is ridiculously slow in my area, and for this reason I am still with this MTN which does not have the option to opt out of their extra airtime service. MTN YOU ONLY HAVE 1 JOB AND THAT IS TO REMOVE EXTRA AIRTIME SERVICE FROM MY PHONE YHUUUU YADIKA
