We recently moved into our new home and the previous owner left a drum from Pretoria Domdieste on the property. I made contact with them in November 2017 and asked them to please come and collect the drum, and that we are not interested to take out a contract with them. Its been 3 months and several emails - the drum has still not been collected. Please think twice before you make use of this company because the service is terrible.
On 29/11/2017 an outage was reported in my area. On 01/12 the problem was reported as fixed. My router was working fine until the outage, and as from 01/12 I had no internet. I decided to go via the wireless route and applied for the uncapped option on Monday 04/12. The agent checked coverage and proceeded with the application. After several calls and long waiting times, I was informed on Thursday 07/12 that my application was approved but my order was cancelled due to no coverage for uncapped service in my area. 64 minutes of wasted time. Why was I not informed about this at application stage!!!!!!!! I then called the call center on Friday 08/12, and the sales agent informed me that I am covered for LTE, but not for the uncapped offer. The agent could also not assist me with a different offer because the application is saved on their system for 3 months and I need to go into a branch for further assistance. I should have stayed with MWEB!!! I also asked for a Team Leader or Manager to call me...............I am still waiting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
