DO NOT USE THEM!!!
DO NOT USE THEM!!! This business is pathetic!! They operate with one vehicle, if there is a breakdown, nothing will be done for weeks. No notifications or apologies, but end of the month will still debit your account in full. No answering of calls, emails.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! This business is pathetic!! They operate with one vehicle, if there is a breakdown, nothing will be done for weeks. No notifications or apologies, but end of the month will still debit your account in full. No answering of calls, emails.

What a **** show these guys run
I signed up with them in November of 2020. For a year i received no invoices or any communications regarding payment. Then i received a statement for the outstanding amount nearly a year later. I paid the statement in full, then shortly after received another statement for an outstanding amount. I can't reach them on ANY numbers listed, i get no response from the lady who supposedly deals with this. Do they remove the garden refuse? Yes, but for the admin nightmares it comes with, these guys are NOT worth supporting. I have yet to receive a phone call or response to my emails after trying to contact them for weeks. This is worse than pathetic.

Breakdown of Service and excuses
So, about three weeks ago I applied to receive services from Pretoria Dromdienste. I was initially told the drum would arrive the latest next week. Next week and nothing happened. I called and they said their waiting for drums and will deliver asap. Another week has gone by, no drum, I called, emailed, I was told this time that someone is passing the buck and they will make a plan for me to get a drum asap. Another few days, called again, I was told this time that one of their people, servicing the area I Live in, has bakkie troubles. Wondering how this became my problem. Still here after more emails, no response whatsoever.

Simple request taking 3 months to execute
We recently moved into our new home and the previous owner left a drum from Pretoria Domdieste on the property. I made contact with them in November 2017 and asked them to please come and collect the drum, and that we are not interested to take out a contract with them. Its been 3 months and several emails - the drum has still not been collected. Please think twice before you make use of this company because the service is terrible.
