Dear Regal Distributions, This is my last resort because this company hires ************* staff. Being turned away at the gate can be frustrating! Despite having a legitimate reason for visiting, I was denied access without a clear explanation. I understand security protocols are in place, but I believe my request was reasonable. I'd appreciate it if you could review the circumstances and provide feedback on how I can improve my future interactions.

Poor level of services
i have been waiting for feedback about my uif claim. The level of service I have received is so atrocious , no one is willing to listen. Your consultants both and the branch and contact centers are very rude and sarcastic. I am so annoyed because I've been waiting for my status to change but there's nothing.

Poor Service
Last year someone from this company was in touch with me regarding a customer services vacancies that was available. I completed all my assessments and passed everything. Till this date I am still waiting for a start date - I even went to an extent of calling in but the person who picked up the phone was so rude and unpleasant to dela with.

I have been trying to contact Unisa since Last year. I am trying to complete my application again however their system is not allowing me to do so. I tried calling more than 3 times today however the line get dropped, I am so annoyed and disgusted because I would really love to study next year. The minimum APS Score Requirement is 15 and mine is 20 but my the system keeps on saying that I do not meet the minimum requirements.

I am so disgusted by this company I've been calling in more than 1 week to enquire about the R395 that was deducted out mu account. This is fraud you cannot deduct someones money without their consent. I will be opening a case soon you guys are thief's.

Ss Legal
Useless bank and fraud, I I'm currently suffering because of Ss-Legal these people have been deducting R175 0/m since last year August. I went to capitec to report this issue but they were completely rude and not helpful, I’ve calling going to branch several times they don't care, what they care is stealing our hard earned money and they charges. Don't use capitec bank your money is not safe on this bank .R1925 has been taken away from my account by these people please assist. Ss-legal C30810000052200630aedo Dr 1958596649 Is the reference number being used every month. I cannot stop nor disputes this unauthorized debit order
