I requested road side assistance late January 2021 and the person who can to assist me did not even take 10minutes to arrive where I was. I was surprised when February debit order debit R476 was debited for road site assistance and according to what they advertise, they were not supposed to charge me because the distance from where the person who came to assist me was less that 40KM that is required for free service. I have been requesting them to reverse my money since February and they are not willing to that nor make me understand as to why was I charged. I am not happy with the service that I received from tracker and they do not even care how I feel as a customer.
I had a complain earlier this year about my tracking device that was giving me issues every now and then. Tracker contacted me and advise me that they will replace the device with a new one and i will not be charged for that. Since they replaced the device i have never experience any issues like before. I recommend Skytrax to any car owner because you can monitor your vehicle whenever you are away from your vehicle wherever you are.
My experience with VW Thomson at Makhado Limpopo was excellent, I was updated with the progress of my car when i took it for service there. The person that i was dealing with was so friendly and is dedicated to her job, i will definitely go back again.
I had a problem with the device that was installed on my car and after logging a ticket with them they called me and we arrange for my car to be checked. They checked the device and replaced it because they could not fix it and now the device is working fine.
Tracker(Skytrax) installed the device on my car 2 years ago and i believe that the device was faulty because the device was not working 2 months after it was installed. Technician was sent to fix it. The device stopped working again and another Technician came to check it out. The device stopped working again then i complain asking the to change the device since it has been giving me problems month after month but they refused saying that it will work fine after the third time Technician fixed it. Now the device is not working and i have been calling the for the past 2 weeks and they keep on saying that they will call be back. They want me to pay for a Technician to check the device that has never worked properly. I call them everyday and they do not call me back as promised
