These people especially this lady Joan has very very very pathetic customer service. She doesn't know how to deal with people and is very arrogant. Her attitude stinks. She shouldn't even be in debt collections as she no way of speaking to people. One has to consider a person's current situation and offer assistance, not dictate and offer threats instead. Shame on her and the company she represents. I would have gladly spoken to her and made pmnt arrangements had she been human, now I will pay on my terms and it's due to her stinking attitude.
Dealing with telkom has been the worst experience of my life. They discontinued ADSL on the 31st of march 2023, I received no notification of this. Upon calling them and logging a fault, I find out ADSL is discontinued. I was charged for services I have not used, I phone in and am told that I am being billed for services from the 0st to the 06th April,,when clearly my internet services were not being used as there WAS NO INTERNET SERVICE. Now I have to pay for a service I never used..a week ago I phoned them and was told to pay R724 , which I paid, today I am told I need to pay 861, next week I will phone them again and let's see how much more they say I need to pay ....This is SA and that is TELKOM. Np wonder people don't deal much with Telkom like back in those days. I know I won't be dealing with Telkom Amy longer.
