I would like to applaud service I received from Keoagile . I had issues relating to Momentum increasing annual premiums and the difficulty this represents to me as a Pensioner particularly when I have never lodged a claim . Keoagile's empathy and assistance was amazing and I would like to express appreciation to this most helpful and professional representative of Momentum
I had an Internet Fraud where I was careless and Absa had no responsibility at all My loss exceeded my monthly pension and my wife and myself were very distraught . Tatum Thysse at Absa Fraud was most helpful and we were speachless when Tatum phoned to tell us that notwithstanding that they had absolutely no responsibility for my loss they were reimbursing me fully on an ex gratia basis . Thank you Absa and thank you Tatum .Words of appreciation cannot convey our deepest gratitude.

Excellent service . My thanks to Quinten and Shane who arrived at my home and dismantled lightning damaged Electronic Gate Motor within 2 Hours of my original phonecall. Repaired unit will be delivered to me on Thursday. Thanks guys , your service is awesome.
I phoned Quinten at Garage Doors to repair my Electronic Gate Motor damaged by lightning. In under 2 hours from my call, Shane from Garage Doors removed my damaged gate motor and arranged to redeliver and install the repaired motor on Thursday. What service ! I applaud and highly recommend Quinten and Shane . Thanks Gents ,your service is awesome
Pinnacle supplied and fitted a new Centurion Electronic Gate Motor on 5 January 2019. The Motor carries a 24 Month Guarantee. Approximately 3 Months ago I contacted Nico at Pinnacle to adjust the motor as it opens and closes immediately instead of waiting to be closed by the remote. Pinnacle undertook to come as soon as possible to rectify. Subsequently I phoned Nico on 3 additional occasions . Each time he promised to come but did not do so Today I contacted other Gate Motor installers , and the Mother Board had to be replaced. This is strange as the unit was only 1 year old. This cost me R 2,600 which I paid because Pinnacle would not provide any post installation service . I urge caution to the public .I certainly would never use Pinnacle again.
