It’s been 16 days and I’m still waiting for my refund. I cancelled my order on the 25 January and I have been given the run around. When I trace the order on home choice it says card is out for delivery since the 25th. I was contacted by a lady called Lee-Ann on the 3rd (last week Friday) she told me that she has escalated the matter and will contact me on Tuesday, it’s Thursday today still no call and no refund. The next step from here I will seek legal advise because you guys are clearly refusing to refund me. I don’t want want your product anymore and with the experience I’m getting from you guys I can never do business with you.the service is terrible.
I cancelled an order with home choice and the company refuses to refund me. I called the call centre numerous times and I’m an being told that I should cancel the order with the courier company. The consultant even told me that the order could still be delivered even though the order is cancelled. I bought an item from home choice , why is it my job to cancel with the courier? The agents are very rude , they speak over you and never listen. They even told me not to call them anymore and I should only call their call centre when I receive some sms. I want my refund ASAP and with the service I’m receiving I will never do business this company. They are quick to bill you but when they have to refund you , they give you nothing but excuses.
It's very frustrating to deal with Old mutual insurance. I'm the executor of my mother estate and I submitted an insurance claim and old mutual is sending me from pillar to post. They have requested for medical records and the doctor advised that the patient,s file went missing during looting that happened in gauteng 2021 because his office was unfortunately affected.i have advised old mutual of this information but they just ignored me. I asked if there is anything else that I can submit since the actual physical file got lost. They just ignore me and they keep sending emails saying they need medical records. Please note the doctor was able to provide with some information that he was able to retrieve and I submitted that. I feel that Old mutual is finding this missing file thing as a loop hole and do not want to payout and my mother died of Covid and I submitted the notice of death confirming that, unless if Old mutual is saying that my mother was suppose to declare that she will die of Covid.??? I don't understand why this medical record is such an issue. Old mutual just wants to collect people premiums and they would do anything not no payout for claims. I have policies with Old mutual but with this kind of service that I'm receiving, I will move my business where else. I don't Want my kids to experience the same issues when they have to claim. Very poor service and not customer centric whatsoever.
The BEST SERVICE EVER, i dealt with heleen from 4wheels hyundau Lichtenburg, i must say, she has good customers service s****s, she cares for her clients and she made me feel like i was the only client at their dealership and that im not just a number.She kept me updated me through entire application process,she was transparent and she drove all the way from North West to Gauteng during lockdown to deliver the car in my home. She still checks up on me weeks later to see how im doing and if im still happy with the car. I would really recommend this dealership. Thanks Heleen for great service and keep it up. You trully know what customer service means.
