I wouldn’t even give this shop a one star. We ordered a high chair from them, only opened the product 2 weeks later when baby was starting solids. The product was of such poor quality, just putting the tray in alone pushed the entire chair right back. They would not do a refund and argued with me about the quality. Don’t buy from them rather use reputable companies that gladly return items that you are not satisfied with. That’s the whole point of doing online is to be able to return items.
Sad to see so many experienced the same poor service from Netflorist on Valentine’s Day! Needless to say my order for the special occasion did not arrive. Called the call center multiple times, the second time I was assured the gift was with the driver , by the third call I could tell the company could care less to disappoint their customer's with no communication whatsoever . Absolutely pointless trying to deliver a special occasion delivery the following day they then will tell you it takes 3-5 working days to receive your refund. This is appalling service to say the least. I really do hope people stop using this company to make way for a competitor.
I bought Bluetooth earphones, the right ear piece does not work at all. Contacted customer support to which they only replied three days later stating I was responsible for return delivery charge. The total delivery charges would be the same amount as the earphones cost. I would give them zero rating and recommend you never buy from them, scam artists that sell faulty products and expect you to pay double.
