I placed an order two weeks ago, a item had to be returned as I was not happy with the quality of the material, it didn't match or come close to what was advertised. The return was successful and advised a refund was app****. Its now over a week, sending emails that I'm yet to receive the refund. I've requested a ref to enable me to log it with PayJustNow. All I'm receiving is confirmation on email that a refund was app****, which is not the case. Im very frustrated, it is day light *******.
They actually deserve 0 stars. *********** staff members working for a *****ulent company. In July 2023 I reported that my tracking device is not responding to the monthly test, I was told a sales person will contact me to fit a new device. After days, weeks and months of following up , no one ever made contact and a device was never fitted. The nerve to still be billed to this day and being hounded by rude staff that I must for tracking device that is not working. Today I received a call again that since my contract ended in November I must cancelation fees to cancel the contract and mind you the device was never replaced or fixed . The consultant further told me that I must get a lawyer to cancel my contract. I'm going to log this with the ombudsman. How do I continue to pay for tracking device that is not working?
Just received very disturbing information from your customer service consultant, the device fitted in my car has not been working since 2017. This is very disturbing as I've been paying for the device monthly for 6 years. What if my car was ****** over the period. I'm very disappointed as no one advised me that the battery was low and needs to be replaced.
On the 1st of July 2020 I was served by incompetent and rude staff members at Makro Riversands. Not only did they waste my time, the other one continued to have a verbal altercation with me which almost escalated to a physical one. I have since a logged a complaint with the customer care centre on 2nd and to this day no one has ever made any contact with me. I can conclude that the staff is not well trained and have no idea as to what is happening in the store. I have since decided I will not be shopping at Makro ever again.
