Excellent Service - Khetiwe Bila Leeroy Merlin
I'd like to give credit and appreciation to Khethiwe Bila from Leeroy Merlin , who helped me with an online order issue . She spent days trying to get the matter resolved , referring my issue to the appropriate department and consistently keeping me informed/updated on the status of my query. She maintained her composure the whole time even when I got frustrated with the system . Khethiwe Bila you are a true Gem and Leroy Merlin is lucky to have you , your truly embody what it means to be consumer focused . Thank you !!!! Note to Leeroy Merlin , your website is not user friendly at all and it took days for IT to resolve my query I continued to be patient and still buy the product thanks to Khethiwe' s professionalism

Topaz Properties -Horrifying Service
by far the worst estate agent, they drag their feet in maintaining their properties. Appaling customer service from their maintenace department especially Grykie Erasmus she does not come back to you on any maintenance issues. She is rude, emotional and fails to take the requisite action .
