I mistakenly processed a payment in May 2020 into a Nedbank MFC account with an incorrect referrence. Made contact with the bank to inform them and requested a refund. Provided the bank with proof of payment and bank details. The account holder of the account even gave them authorization to process the refund however nothing has been processed not progress update provided.
Made a purchase on the 15th of March 2020... received no communication during lockdown period until I sent an update email. Received no further communication even after the restrictions were lifted. I sent an email on the progress of the delivery in June however I received no response. I went through their website and discovered the website has been taken down. No one has attempted to give me an update on whether I'll be getting a refund or a delayed delivery date. I've dealt with a numerous internet service providers and this is by far the most the worst and disappointing provider in such a competitive industry.
