I am an interior designer so I ordered a sideboard, a bed and an ottoman for one of clients based in Zimb ali KZN. The lead time was slightly longer, I was starting to feel nervous but I am happy with the products. I arranged my own courier to collect from JHB, the goods were well packaged with zero damages
It's actually exhausting that we always have to complain to get service from FedEx. Our parcel has been on "clearance delay" status for a week now and I called 4 times already, I always get told "We have escalated it and we will move it forward for clearance asap". We paid for express courier for a reason, our business is on stand still and customers are waiting on us. We are already dealing with losses due to a pandemic and now their incompetence has made things worse for us as a startup business. This is unacceptable and it's actually disgusting from International courier company who prides themselves in offering exceptional service.
Fedex is the poorest service. They do not communicate and their lines are always busy. Our business parcel has been stuck on customs for 5 days to be exact, we were told that we will be contacted by a senior person who will assist us and that our parcel was pushed to the front row for customs clearance, 3 days later nothing has changed. Our customers have been waiting and their incompetence is directly affecting our business reputation, we are already dealing with enough challenges due to the pandemic and now we must tolerate their ****py service which we paid so much for. This is disgusting and totally unacceptable, I know they will respond and pretend that they will assist just to clear their hellopeter ratings.
