Be Warned Do NOT purchase from Haus by Muse. I paid almost R30k for furniture in October 2022 as soon as I paid it was impossible to get in contact with them. Melissa emailed me to say items were almost ready for delivery in Dec but since then, despite my numerous attempts they are not replying to any emails, calls etc.

BE WARNED! IT A ****! I purchased furniture worth 20K end of February 2023, communication vial email went downhill after they notified me to expect delivery on the 22 of March 2023.Since then Mellisa nor Nicole will respond to my emails and no delivery has been made. Reading reviews here really breaks my heart and wish we could all come together and fight against these ****mers. I will be opening a case against because this is not acceptable.

I bought a corner couch and two benches. I received them yesterday and it took about 5 weeks to manufacture, the quality is amazing. I am satisfied with my purchase

FRAUDULANT AND THEFR
Absolutely fraudulent! I have paid R6000 for 2 x barstools I December 2022 and they were never delivered! They ignore my mails, IG dms and calls. They are even now deleting comments on posts. I would just like to warn people so they don't get scammed like me!

I will definitely be ordering again!!!
I am an interior designer so I ordered a sideboard, a bed and an ottoman for one of clients based in Zimb ali KZN. The lead time was slightly longer, I was starting to feel nervous but I am happy with the products. I arranged my own courier to collect from JHB, the goods were well packaged with zero damages
