I ordered a custom couch (provided my own design and pictures) and they manufactured exactly what I wanted. Super happy with their work, I ordered more since we moved into a new home
I could literally write a book about how unprofessional, abusive and racist the agent I was dealing with was towards me as a tenant and business owner. Extremely unprofessional, constantly sending rude WhatsApp messages on the last day of the month to remind us to pay rent (like we are renting on her backyard). When it was time to exit their building, they came with all these costly unrealistic fixes that need to be done and that they were charging a daily rate for the period we were busy with fixes. As for getting your deposit back, forget it. They tell you utilities are charged 2 months behind so when you exit you are still not charged the last 2 months of utilities and that’s where your full deposit goes

FNB has frozen my business account a month ago and I was told it’s related to FICA documents. I went to the Sandton City branch to upload the requested KYC documents for the business account end of October and I was told that the refresh would take 72 Hours. Almost a month later, the business account I still has a hold and every time I call I get a different response… at first they confirmed that they can see the documents that were uploaded at the branch and that the issue has been escalated, the system will be refreshed to reflect updated documents asap. I’ve been following up on that for weeks and now the the response is I need to go to the branch and upload the documents again or send them via email. How can they not see documents that are in their system? What about the inconvenience of the frozen business account? For over a month? I am so over the atrocious service that we get from FNB, there’s literally zero sense of urgency. Their business banking division and the so called “business bankers” are an absolute waste of time. I want the hold lifted so that I can officially close the account and move on, is that too much to ask really? WHAT A CIRCUS OF A BANKING INSTITUTION!!!
I received an email that there was a fraud cased logged against my business account and I provided all the requested information related to that. I then contacted the client to discuss the resolution because we had delivery delays (which she was aware of but she thought she was being scammed). We then ended up resolving the case with the client and I shared the details of our communication with FNB to show that the issue is now resolved. I haven’t gotten any response since my initial response to them and our business account is still on hold. Our business operations are in stand still and Beverly Nukeri who is a consultant assigned is not responding to emails and calls (we were given her direct number after numerous attempts to transfer the call to her desk). We just want to continue with our operations and for FNB to release our funds so we can take our business somewhere else because we can’t operate now.
There is a hold in my business account, when I went to an FNB branch I was told it’s CRS related and when I completed forms and when that process was done the story changed…I was told there was a fraud cased logged against my business account and now both my business and personal account have a hold. My parcel has been in customs since the 6th. Tried to call in a million times and no one is picking up when someone finally picks up they make you hold until the phone randomly drops. This is not the first time I am experiencing atrocious service with them
I placed an order at 12:43 online from the Gezina Nandos, the time now is 15:56 and the food has not been delivered still. When I call the store no one is picking up calls, I am now not sure who to report the atrocious service to and quite frankly as a loyal Nandos customer I am disgusted by this level of service
I am utterly annoyed, I have been waiting for Excess Recovery for over 2 months now. Budget doesn't even bother to update me on the matter, I literally have to chase to check to get an update and when I call I keep getting the same update. I am really unhappy about this because when it's time to pay premiums and excess we give no hustles but when it's time to get money back from insurances they don't treat it as a matter of urgency. If their atrocious service doesn't change I might just be forced to take my services somewhere else.
I bought a parcel from Wholesale7 and chose DPEX courier option to South Africa. The parcel has been In Transit since the 29th of November. I can't find local contact details, I eventually found out that DPEX local partner is Sharp Logistics. I have been trying to get my parcel from Sharp Logistics and I keep getting different stories everyday and no delivery. I have paid customs but their phones are engaged, no response to emails and no delivery. If you buy from Wholesale7 rather use Aramex or DHL couriers
