Whilst I’m happy with the products, The time it took to get it was ridiculously long. I was promised that the products would be ready a week from when I paid in store, however a week later I get an invoice stating that I owe them money, I asked for a corrected invoice and nothing was received, which I believe delayed my order being placed with their supplier on time hence, it took about a month for my items to be ready. The communication from the store was lacking and what irritated me the most was I had to continually follow up, the service I got deserves 0 stars, the two stars are for the products only. The manager and I communicated via phone and email, however, when items were ready for collection, they sent an sms, to an incorrect number I might add and didn’t bother to follow up with me, I sent an email only to be told the items were ready for collection days prior. I’ve never been this frustrated with a store before!
