Good evening Its already been 3 days since I've reported a fault with vox. I've spoken to 3 different technical support people at vox and received 3 ticket numbers for vuma for come and sort out the service. I've made numerous calls on all 3 days and have spend a lot of time on the phone with 3 different people trying to explain the problem. With no luck. Ive received two calls from vuma to schedule the appointment. However each time the address on the vuma ticket is incorrect and even though I rectify it with them the vuma consultant on the phone she keeps saying I have to log another ticket with my isp vox. And they not willing to assist me because someone has loaded the incorrect address. So I've been going back and forth still not no wifi connection for a whole week now. Clearly there is poor communication between the vox and vuma, but the at the end of the day the customer who has always being paying them in good faith has to suffer the consequences. The consult who call me today told me that I can't cancel the services with vox because it's not yet 12 months or else I have to pay and amount of 2700 rand for the installation that was done. I would just like to clarify.. I would not be asking for this cancelation if the wifi was working. I need to get my wifi working in my home and how can I pay for a service that is not working. it's obvious that a customer will consider looking for other options. Like an isp that actually works. My children have been on school holidays and have not been able to use the wifi. Apperently this matter has been escalated,but I stil havnt gotten any positive feedback. I would think that an escalated matter treated as priority. Clearly not!
After writing a review they, the responsed to say someone will be intouch. Still no communication
Ive canceled my subscription with them, they have acknowledged it by responding to the emails then . But they still debit my credit card at the end of the month . Ive sent numerous emails and messages on Facebook in this regard but no one ever responds. It is quite frustrating to pay for a service im not using.
I am not happy with the quality of their work. They are very unprofessional.. I rectified all their mistakes and asked if they can please review it.. They refused to and i already made a full payment. I complained, and they do not take criticism well so they instead promised a full refund. They haven't refunded me and are not taking my calls or replying to my emails. Im really frustrated now.
