If I could give 0 stars I would! I bought a new washing machine in June 2025. It has been repaired twice. The first time I was without a washing machine for 2 weeks, the second time I was unable to use it as it was leaking and it took them over 2 weeks to repair. It is now leaking again, and still having the same problem as the first time it was repaired. I was told 3 weeks ago that it will be replaced and it still has not happened. I will NEVER purchase a Defy product again.
Placed an order on the 14 August. After me contacting them on the 20th, I was told they had to cancel the item and I will receive a refund in 3 - 5 business days. On the 26th, I contacted them again and received the same message. 2nd September I called in to find out what was happening. There was no record of a refund being logged!
I placed an order in June. It never arrived. I was told I will get a refund, which I am still waiting for! Noone responses to emails anymore.
My refund was submitted by an agent on the 14 April 2020. I was originally told the refund will take 6 -12 weeks. I still have not received the refund and no emails are being replied to lately.
