I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Cartrack’s service. On 26/01/2026, Cartrack double debited my bank account without authorisation or agreement: R327.80 R376.80 This is not what was agreed. To explain clearly: My December 2025 payment was missed. On 12/01/2026, I made an arrangement with Cartrack for 6 payments of R376.80 to be paid over the next 6 months. Despite this agreement, on 26/01/2026, Cartrack debited two different amounts from my account. Because this was a clear double debit and not agreed upon, I reversed the R327.80. Since then, I have: Contacted Cartrack multiple times. Been told by another agent that the 6-month arrangement was “never possible”. Had calls dropped when I tried to explain the situation. This is completely unacceptable. There is no consistency, no accountability, and no proper customer service. I am still trying to resolve something that should be very simple. I have previously warned Cartrack that I would cancel and take my business elsewhere if these issues continued. At this point, I genuinely feel like I have no choice, as the same problems keep repeating and nothing ever gets properly resolved. All I want is: Confirmation of the correct payment arrangement. Written proof of what amount is actually due. A refund/credit for the incorrect debit. Cartrack’s billing and communication are chaotic, and as a customer I feel completely ignored.
On 20/12/2024 I placed an online order with Mweb for fibre internet. Since this there has been no communication from Mweb. We are almost 1 month later. I have paid but Mweb does not communicate or deliver. I have phoned on 6 January 2025 where you hang on for hours as they suppose they receive high call volumes. I was then told they need a B number. Then I send a picture with al the current router details. Again Mweb is quiet!!! They do not communicate. My order tracking is not updating. I phoned again and apparently Mweb is escaliting the matter. But they quiet again. 1. This feels like I have to lay a ******** complain against Mweb. Services paid and not delivered. 2. If this is the kind of service Mweb gives now, how will the service be down the road once I am a customer. 3. Does Mweb have enough clients that they feel like they do not need anymore? 4. Are you only *****ing the money we pay and not delivering. I give Mweb 48 hours to respond and sort out this mess before I open a civil case for *****ing my money and I will take my bussiness elsewhere.
The very worst. Would not advise going here. The service is extremely bad. Takes for ever. To get food and drinks. After we eventually complained, and asked the bills. Our waiter Nathen ran almost cold food out to our table. I then said I dont want food anymore. I want my bill to pay for the drinks we had so far. They refused and said if the food is on the table and we have to understand. The lighting was very poor and we asked to switch on the lights. When other people complained about the light. We were offered a new table, and shooters while my wife is pregnant. Our new table was infested with bugs. Manager is careless and dancing with the waiter we have a issue with. Eventually we took take aways and left. Will never go back. Orca pub and grill and Dolphin pub and grill will stay the best.
Yet again I have to write here again. As it seems people working at Capitec to solve a problem are unable to do so. Improperly trained and clueless. Recently I have requested a settlement amount on my account, the letter has bend send and the amount stated on the letter was settled in full. Before any communication which again took forever, my account still shows that there is an arrears amount. I do not understand this as I have SETTLED WITH THE FULL AMOUNT!!!!!!!!!!. I HAVE SEND AN EMAIL ASKING ABOUT THIS AND, NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!! NO ANSWER!!!!!!! YET AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Capitec is USELES, *****S, INCAPABLE of just answering a simple mail to solve a simple problem. All I want is to pay my debt, clear my name, and close the account. I never want to do any bussines with Capitec again. Seeing that you can not read a mail and answer or send my paid up letters I will again now post to any and all review and complaints platforms I can find. For any other person out there to see that they can not put trust in Capitec with their money. I sincerely hope there is someone in Capitec who can help me solve the problem before we end 2024.
For 2 months now I have been trying to get Debt Rescue cancelled. With a lot of up and down. Phone calls and emails. And still no luck. Capitec is just useless and pathetic with no staff really knowing what to do. I am trying to cancel Debt Rescue and return to pay Capitec by myself again. ( I am offering to pay) But Capitec cant help. I have requested that we discuss a monthly amount that I have to pay. Bit apperently Capitec cannot do this until everything has been paid of.... (Not sure how stupid this is) I have too many emails send, with almost no responses or stupidity responses. And still I have not resolved anything. Capitec wants the Debt rescue flag to be removed before we discuss an amount. Debt Rescue does not want to remove the flag until all Debt is paid up. I am trying to just pay and clear my name faster but useless cant help in anyway. I have been to a branch no for too many times and all they also do, is just send an email and still do not get feedback. HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS????????
It seems that it is no problem to go on Debt Rescue, But wait until you are trying to cancel and go back to pay your credit provider yourself. They are full of excuses and stories. I have been struggling for over 2 months now to get Debt Rescue cancelled. With no help from either Debt Rescue nor Capitec bank. Pathetic service. ZERO SCORE FROM ME!!!
Cartrack double debited my account on 26 March and 28 March 2024. The first time I asked for a refund when I was told that the refund will take 7-14 working days. (PATHETIC). I you owe cartrack your tracker is immediatly disconnected and you start getting phone calls ans emails demanding to make immediate payement. I then thought about the situation and requested that the money to be used to downgrade my account. And becuase of Cartrack's mistake they could fix it the settle, by downgrading my account. Now here we are. 2 weeks later. When or if I get a phone call. No one speaks and the call is dropped. I have received a call demanding to make another payment. And laughed at them. The 1 manager who phoned me has no clue how to solve a problem. The operators calling has no clue on how to solve the problem as there is mis-management. I am done with Cartrack as I do need get this issue resolved. It has been phone calls that calculates to hours wasting my time. NOW YOU WILL LOOSE A CUSTOMER!!!! I will post on all sites I can find to ensure that you are shamed.
This is pathetic. Load time 7-10 works days ? Order 2 weeks ahead. Kami kind takes more than 3 weeks to deliver. My order was in on 25 July. To today still waiting. This is pathetic extreme slow service, going from bad to worse. FIX YOUR MESS. FED UP OF WAITING!!
Cancelled Rain about 3 months ago. I paid the final installment for cancelation to take place. This month I started getting sms's that Rain will deduct my account for Payment. I emailed Rain customer care and they assured me that the account was cancelled. Rain wil not deduct. Now on the morning on 23rd of December 2021. I get the sms that Rain deducted... I can reverse the payment from my bank but have to pay R80 fee on my cost. Rain If I do it on my cost we will meet in a court for this. I will put in a claim. I expect a refund within the next 48 hours.
Had enough. Cartrack has to fix their mess within 24hours from this or I will cancel my cartrack and take my bussines somewhere else. On 25 June 2021 my account was deducted with R2626.84. I reversed this payment as this is not what I am supposed to pay and I contacted car track to find out what the problem is. I was told that I am paying in advance now. When I asked when was I contacted to discuss and approve advance l payment the agent dropped the call. When I now call the call gets tranferred from 1 person to another. I have sent an email to customer care ticket#101542387 on 29 June 2021 and up to now have no response. I get phoned and harrashed every day by cartrack agents demanding that I pay the R2626.84. When I discuss the situation, they say that they will escalate the matter, and then the next day I receive another phone call demanding R2626.84. This is ridicilous. If cartrack can not even solve this matter how can I trust that cartrack will even recover a vehicle if stolen. I will cancel my membership wirh cartrack if there is no prove that this has been resolved by 09 July 2021 13h00.
