Cannot in good conscience recommend this brokerage. Simple claims are ignored, you the client have to constantly follow up by phone because they ignore emails. Its been 5 days now and no assessor has even been assigned to my case - because of the staffs ineptitude and laziness. This is not the first time either, every claim its LONG forms to fill out, submit immediately and wait for feedback, no feedback, wait wait wait. Terrible 100% don't recommend. Called the broker - he didn't care and nothing changes.
If I could given them less than 1 star I would. I can’t express how unhappy I am with One Stop Auto. Firstly they claim Bryte only authorised the repair on 12th May even though Bryte told me the repair was authorised 28th April. Then they claimed the spares would be there Thursday the 18th May. When they called (the one and ONLY time they called me, and I didn’t call them), they couldn’t tell me if the spares had arrived yet. I went into the office today 23rd May because clearly calling them wasn’t working. There wasn’t a single person in the office other than what appeared to be a cleaning lady who didn’t speak English well. She was able after about 15 minutes to get someone on the phone who told me that the spares would be delivered tomorrow. After I stormed out she sent me a whatsapp with an email “supposedly” about my spares (they lie so who knows if it was actually my spares), however, the email simply said the spares may be there tomorrow or Friday, emphasis on the may. This claim went in early April, and its now the end of May. At every point I need to run after them. They claim they never take a car in until they have the spares and then two sentences later they claim they have 6 Mazda's waiting for parts. The owner is happy to tell whatever lie works for her story. There is always a story with them.
4 weeks ago I placed a order for fiber, I was told that there was already fiber at that address. I emailed back and explained, that we definitely didn't have fiber and it must be a mistake. We were then told they would try and figure out which other unit in the complex we were swapped with when they installed their fiber. We were then told that they weren't able to figure out which other unit it was (we are unit 3 but the street address is also 3 streetname). We were told it would take a few days for vumatel to create a new sub address 3a Unit, 3 street address. That was 4 weeks ago ... till now Io have had no feedback other than when people say, yes a new address will need to be created, yes we know that - when.
