Pathetic service from them. It is the 17th working day no feedback on my claim as to where I can take my vehicle and when. Nobody phones back after they say they will before end of day. The guilty party's vehicle already in for their repairs.
I have applied for an insurance claim in April. every week I get calls because I cant pay my installment because of covid 19. Nothing has changed since I applied for the claim as I am getting less now and have not received salary as yet. It has been approved today and now I get a mail saying I'm in arrears again. Must I apply again now or what, if i say i applied they say the don't receive communication from claims.
