its now been 11 months since i bought a BMW from WBC,you get automatic response that they are sorry about...and will get back to you...all the complaints on hellopeter have same bull response, you buy a car with Dekra Roadworthy for R212,500 and to date spent over R70,000 wait ill get the same we sorry .............be very careful when buying from WBC!!
we are still waiting for your responce,payment should have been paid end december....but DISCOVERY still have our money,do the right thing and make payment its now 4 months!!
We Buy cars DISAPPOINTED!! Re BMW X3 2.0 X Drive we Purchased a 2016 BMW X3 X Drive 30/04/2025 with Dekea roadworthy Voucher, we collected the car from WBC Midstream Branch after payning and signing all the paperwork. on leaving WBC the dash was showing that the car needed oil,which was a suprise as Enrico said the car had beed checked in the workshop. i took the car to the 1st garage and had to put in 3l Of engine oil!! after taking the car home,the folling day the car was flat,so i contacted Enrico and he said he would speak to his manager and get back to me.....still waiting!! so took the car to Fourways BMW to check out,as now im not confident the car is actually check at WBC, i was advised to put new battery at a cost of R7412.39 plus the checking fee R11541.99 so far including the R221,150.00 =R240,104.38. we took the car to Dekra as we were supp**** a Roadworthy Certificate with the car. The car passed the test,so we then wanted to get the tyres and suspension checked and we had many issues with the car. All 4-shockes need to be replaced[leaking] the front tyes were different sizes. side shafts were leaking greese. Brake discs were worn below the legal limit,pads were also finished. the st-links/tierrods. we decided rather then putting only front tyres we changed for now to be safe. all above at a cost of R22105.00 Rims and Tyres R26800 Rear Seals propshaftBMW R1798.24. the gear box was Thuding so took to Gearbox Dr and they serviced for R7682.00 this how ever did not solve the box problem and we are currently having the box overhalled. we then thought we better check if the car had been involved in any accidents at 1st Check Accenent report and yes it had been involved in front/side/back damage shurly Dekera should have done a proper inspection and reported the issuse,we would not have bought the car,we did report to wbc but responce was i signed for the car and were not prepared to compincate for the issues, ***********/*********** case number 112215sorry WBC but not impressed with your company and the back up service is totally un professional peter Unhappy customer Reported still no assistance WBC!!

hi peter tuohy with regards to my conversation with Onthatile, you sent private response but not able to open, please advise,
we were hacked and a discovery account holder diverted a customer payment to a discovery account holders account,my customer did inform discovey and got their bank FNB to report and also reported to the SAP and they are investergating.luckly my customer did not do emmidate payment and discovery put hold on account and they are investergating with their ***** department,this is now been going on for over 4-weeks [16/10/25 my customer contacts Discovery on a regular basis,but say the investergation is in process,and we will be contacted once the investergation is completed,the problem is we are a small business and the amount of R135,700.23 and an aditional amount of R6724.05 which was another diverertion is extreamly damaging to our cash flow,as we are a small business and this is really causing issues with our suppliers and would like to get up-date so at least we can comunicate with our suppliers, your urgent attention to this unfortunate matter would be highly appricated best regards peter tuohy mj manufacturing T/A The office furniture warehouse 0832516015 info@theofw.co.za
Took my daughters c30 for service, when we collected the car, we noticed an oil leak on garage floor, when contacted Mike the workshop manages was told to take back so they can check, the report said that the seal on gear box needs replacing which we said to go ahead (sure this should have been picked up on the service?! When we collected the car there was a really bad vibration when I highway, contacted Mike again, he collected the car and reported that the side shafts need to be replaced. My point to Swedish auto was that if they did repairs on the gear box that the side shafts would have to be removed, to this they confirmed that the shafts would have been removed, my responce to this was if you took the shafts off why did the “technician” not check them?? His response was “I’m not sure!!” As the car was driven before repairs the car was not shaking caused by the side shafts, I think that when gear box was put back together and the side shafts put back, they did not tighten the bolts correctly causing the shafts to come loose, this is exactly bad service from Swedish auto To add fuel to fire was told the aircon was damaged and needed to be replaced I took it to air-con specialist and all that was needed was to be re-gassed which they did, and didn’t even charge me!! we have been with CIB Jurgens for around 30 years,we have always had good service,up until now.Under our business policy we have Business Interruption and covers,prevention of Access,which due to the Lockdown,and Crona 19,would seem to be covered for Business Interruption,i have claimed wit Jurgens CIB Group.i mailed with all the information that they required 03/06/2020,i did not hear back from them so mail again,08/07/2020 to follow up, larissa mailed back to say that she has requested CIB to provide us with feed back this was 13/07/2020.it seems that with the long time for CIB to come back to me,that they are ducking the claim.Not impressed at all,come on CIB,and all short term insurance companies,do the right thing,and pay the small business what is due to us,peter tuohy 0832516015
