Proper pump/motor supplier and maintenance
Excellent customer service, friendly staff, eager to help, always available, gives detailed feedback and in-depth reports. My experience with their turnover time has been nothing but a pleasure.

Worst business experience ever
It has been years since I have been so disappointed in a company. We bought LED lights from oxbow a few years ago and almost all the lights are now not functioning any more. The way oxbow has handled this situation is shocking. I spent about R150k with them and now sit with a dark factory 7:00 in the morning when my staff arrives. They supply products "below cost" and then found cheaper at supplier, so they even put mark up on retail goods. They neglect warranty claims. They lie about warranty periods. For a month I have been trying to get an answer about my claim and have continuously been led astray with nonsense feedback. Once I found their supplier I managed to get answers in a matter of minutes. The account consultant at oxbow still does not step up. It seems like this company’s only focus is sales and once customer service or warranty claims need to be done they leave you like a dog in the street.

Disgusting service
Does work without quoting/ consulting customer first and terrible attitude towards customers as well as poor work quality.
