I have dealt with this concern on a few occasions. The Service Manager, Wessie, is a most competent person and has vast knowledge of the industry of motor vehicle repairs and service. My dealings with them has ben pleasurable and they are reasonable with their rates. The quality of their work is exemplary. I can recommend this company without any hesitation.
I had to take my vehicle in to them on two separate occasions for procedures. I was pleasantly surprised with their commitment to customer satisfaction and general demeanour towards me. They were professional and they rendered excellent service. Their pricing was reasonable. I can recommend them without hesitation.
I recently head the opportunity to deal with Snomaster Meadowdale. I met the MD, Sean, as well as some of his staff members. I had to have an old model portable car fridge repaired. I was informed that it could not be repaired because of obsolete components. Sean saw this product of mine and expressed interest to have it displayed in their product museum. I agreed to this and he offered a replacement product. In my dealings with them, I found them to be extremely professional, always willing to assist and very customer orientated. I can only commend Sean and his staff for the manner in which they accommodated me and other clients that were present at the time. A pleasure to do business with them and will surely do so in future.
Both myself and my wife, presented ourselves to this facility for our "walk-in" jabs for Covid 19. I wish to commend them on their efficiency and the manner in which they accommodated us, as well as a large group of fellow senior citizens, in organizing- and assisting all during the entire procedure. Even in the face of difficulties- and challenges, their conduct displayed an excellent level of professional decorum.

A pleasure to deal with them. They are conscientious, efficient and hand-on. All the claims that they handle on my behalf, are dealt hassle-free and with no fuss. Its owner, Ben Badenhorst, always has time to listen and will always act promptly. Highly recommendable.
Is there no legal recourse against this company? It would seem that there is consensus that they refuse to refund money legitimately owed to people. What are the chances of a class action against them? Can someone perhaps advise on this possibility?
I advertised a product on internet. A prospective customer expressed interest. He suggested we make use of PayPal. I agreed to this, although I have not used them before. I was also requested by the buyer to make payments to them for the collection of the article. The buyer covered these amounts by depositing equal amounts into PayPal for me to receive with the cost of the article. This process continued until I deposited R16.500,00 over to PayPal. I was then told by them that I needed to pay over an additional R7000.00. I refused and cancelled the sale. I requested PayPal to refund my money. They refused and do not reply to my emails.
