Can someone help!!!! I am getting intimidated after Vodacom has not only stolen but fraudulently taken money from me and I’m being threatened with legal action? Call centre EE’s won’t even give their name! Emails, phone calls requesting to speak to a supervisor or mngr but still NOTHING! I don’t know what to do anymore. Last post reply was someone would contact well still nothing - that was a few months ago
Vodacom have been “stealing” monies from me for the last three months. Ported my number to MTN 1 November 2018 and they have taken monies for all three months without providing a service! Surely this can’t be legal? I don’t know how to sort this out they are not even attending to this!!!!!!!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend this lot to anyone what a disgrace when I was a customer since 1994.....................
I purchased a pair of Crocs from Haviannas at Sun City branch, the shoe front melted in the front section due to the heat of the sun, I took the shoes back to the shop only to be refused any exchange unless I can present proof of payment, I have my credit card as proof but still this was not good enough for the owner Junaid. I was looking to purchase more products from the shop but unfortunately their business ethics have much to be desired so I will go elsewhere. Crocs should carry a would wide guarantee so their should be no argument unfortunately the owner does not feel the same way. Do not buy any shoes from Haviannas Sun City they will not replace any products even if you have proof.
ASAP Home Assist called us to do two geysers. The clients paid them directly in the amount of about R18k and too date they have not paid the money over to us. This is theft as well as fraud. We are unable to contact them all their calls remain unanswered and they are not contactable. Their invoices to the clients were also higher than our invoices and they have been paid. How are people allowed to continue conducting fraudulent business and getting away with stealing innocent people's monies. We have done an honest job and all we want is our payment as we have had to pay our suppliers and staff - what a disgrace!!!
