VODACOM CALL CENTRE
We had a Vodacom fibre router installed about 18 months ago which worked perfectly until it blew doe to either lightning strike or loadshedding. My son got in touch with their call centre and the consultant advised him that he can either order another router from them (which will take 10 days to deliver) OR he could buy another router from another supplier and install it himself. they would guide him through the process of connecting if he took the latter option. Because my son and I both work from home we needed to be connected immediately. After numerous phone calls to their call centre and without any assistance whatsoever and continuous promises to have a technician call back we remained without the fibre connection for about 20 days before a technician eventually came round to assist us, after we had threatened to close all our Vodacom contracts. This process took him exactly 2 minutes and we were up and running again. The call centre was of no use to us and their technician admitted this to us,while he was there. The sad part about it is that VODACOM STILL CHARGED US FOR THE PERIOD WE WERE OFF, with no apology nor explanation whatsoever. DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING SERVICE.

STEERS
Following on my last review on this establishment for their disgusting service, which I am sure they must have seen, I can disappointingly reveal that NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER has been received from STEERS. I am totally disillusioned with STEERS as a whole and will NOT be supporting their outlets again.

THE DISCOUNT STORE IN OTTERY CAPE TOWN.
I ordered and paid for three items from DISCOUNT STORE IN CAPE TOWN on 09 November 2022, ONLINE. I keep getting repeated messages from a MARCELL VAN ASWEGEN giving me postponed dates as to when my order will be delivered. I keep sending them emails asking about my delivery with not even the decency of a reply nor an acknowledgement. to date no explanation and no delivery. My fear is that I have been "scammed" as I don't think this Store even exists. Would appreciate you broadcasting this review to prevent other people from fallimg for the same scam
