I purchased the Honor 200 lite deal from Walmer Park on 3 August. Not one sales person said that I had to redeem the Pick n Pay voucher (which was part of the deal) by 6 August. On Saturday 24 August, I returned to the store and had a disappointing experience. When I asked for help to redeem the voucher using the QR code, the staff shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. I have reached out to customer care and they keep reverting me back to the Walmer Park branch which cannot or will not assist me. The Honor representative, Sam, was unhelpful and rude, while Clarissa was also unable to assist. This does not reflect well on the after-sales service or customer care. I purchased the device and deal on 3 August, and the voucher expired on 6 August. I was not informed about the expiration date or any time limitations for redeeming it. I believe this is *********. If I bought into the deal, one would expect that the vouchers would be allocated to the devices sold. Please advise who I can contact that would be able to assist. Customer Care does not care.
Disgusting - they take your money and don't send the goods. No answer on their landline - STAY AWAY - I wish we could get some action against them for THEFT!
