I went to the address to personally voice my disapproval of the feedback I got, after paying for a 5 string baas kit .. Apparently the new tenants have only been there 2 months.. Good things for them I suppose,.. Don't **** with a phcoipath.. I will find you .... Mother****er

Scam, dont buy here!
Really no joy with this company. I actually think its a scam like some if the other reviews. Bought something on 2020-01-31 and still nothing. No response from a followup messages from the website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!

Scam, dont buy here!
Really no joy with this company. I actually think its a scam like some if the other reviews. Bought something on 2020-01-31 and still nothing. No response from a followup messages from the website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!

Guitar shack is a scam website do not buy from them
Scam website, bought guitar parts, paid for it, website says it is shipped but it has been 8 days and i have not recieved my package, they dont reply to mail or messages, they have multiple of the same reviews from other customers

Scam website, bought guitar parts, paid for it, website says it is shipped but it has been 8 days and i have not recieved my package, they dont reply to mail or messages, they have multiple of the same reviews from other customers

No service & No delivery!
If there was an option for "-1" stars, I would give it. These guys are horrible. I actually suspect it's a scam website... But that's just my opinion. If anyone knows otherwise, please do feel free to correct me and/or provide me with some information to sway my opinion. I placed my order with them about a month ago, and have received nothing, even though they talk about maximum turn around times of 12 working days (on their website). Well, it's passed that period already. I have tried phoning them, but the number does not work. I have also emailed & FB messaged them, but i get no replies. Something fishy is DEFINITELY going on here. If you are a new buyer doing some research on this company... AVOID buying from them at all costs! Seriously it's not worth it. They are horrible and actually deserve to be investigated by the look of things.

Terrible service and no delivery
I ordered a product from them at the beginning of December last year. They still haven't delivered it (it is now almost halfway through January). I get no replies from either sending a mail directly, or contacting them via their website form, and no answer on the phone number either. Avoid guitarshack.co.za at all costs!
