Why do people still use fastway? Another delivery sent out bu couriet then returned to the depot, i have been waiting at home the entire day! Fastway is the most terrible courier in south africa, everytime my packages are delayed, my last package in december took 2 weeks to deliver and they dont answer anything. STOP USING THESE *****S!
A week since my package was picked up, online tracking still shows in transit. Nobody replies to online queries. Query number keeps you in que then cuts off after 30 minutes of waiting. Dont even bother,i give up.
same old, same old courier nonsense. they schedule a time, you wait for hours, call centre phones and says courier is "10 minutes late", you wait more hours and then struglle to get a hold of them. all the same.
been on and off with wesbank to get a car I purchased 15 years ago on my name just so I can have it s****ped, now that everything's been finalized after months and to and from, they are giving me the runaround because the courier apparently cant deliver to me...but I live on a main road in the western cape and receive packages from multiple couriers weekly, even as I'm sitting here I am awaiting 2 packages to be delivered to my address and my new FNB business card is being delivered to me by DSV... *********** is a nice word for what i would like to call these people, ridiculous client service and on top fees have cost me a fortune!
Amazing and fast service, product delivered quickly and packaged well including a gel pack to keep it cool. Really impressed and will be using them more often!
how is it possible that such a large company has no after sales support? it is so easy to show on your website or app where there are outages or issues or just communicate with your loyal customers but they choose to do NOTHING. my internet is out and i have logged several "support" tickets from my app which i believe is pretty much sent to an automatic delete junk bin on their side, people work from home and rely on this internet because they have no other option, and this is where P/RAIN has you by the *****, they dont give a damn, rheu have your money so why worry, after being a loyal customer since Rain started in south africa and having both 4G and 5G i am now actively looking to spend my money somewhere i can get help when needed. as soon as i find a different provider i will be cancelling all my subscriptions.
worst service ever, dont know why my company is still using them, they are totally incompetent...lying about why packages arent picked up,agents not responding to messages and phonecalls...why do i have to run after you to give you my business??? ridiculous, i will be campaigning with my company to change couriers....
i am forced to use ram as it is a company account but i cannot believe that my company is still using these idiots as every delivery is delayed and late for some nonsense reason and we are still billed for this horrible service, i am advocating hard for my company to change couriers and i will amke sure it happens...
Game Tygervalley has horrible customer service, i have had a broken freezer that i bought on the 1st of may 2020, it broke is not working as of the 20th of may, i reportrd this to Game on the 21st, in the meantime i have been on non stop phone calls speaking to different people and getting nowhere. i am going to take the broken appliance into the shop myself and by god let someone try to pick a fight with me im going to blow my lid!!!! i want a refund, i am nomlonger waiting for stock or whatever bull story they have, i have even spoken to hisense as the one rep told me they were repsonsible and had to send a technician out but when i query it directly at hisense they said there is no need, game just needs to do a vredit request, i was even in store to speak to a manager but all i get is their hands are tied,no it is not, gve me my refund.
