Big thanks to Xolani Msimango and Charity Baloyi who helped me sort out an error that I made when I changed my address previously. As always, excellent service!
Genivee Langendorf helped me to update my policy after my recent move. She was very helpful, professional and didn't mind repeating what she was saying when I didn't hear what she said. King price is great, and my premium actually decreased with the new address, so never going to complain about that :)
I had an issue with a gateway that was used on woocommerce, and opened a support ticket with payflex, they directed me to their developer, which I thought was strange that they didn't just internally refer my question, but in any case, I contacted the dev (Tom) who was SUPER helpful and managed to guide me on how to solve the issue I was having. Thanks Tom!
I had a very similiar experience as the other review. except I got the number off a neighbourhood group, so I didn't know I was contacting this company. The person sent the number with the name of another company. Anyway, I was charged with replacing a lock which cost me R4200. They insisted that I pay immediately. The number I was given was 076 632 5425. Watch out for these people!
#GreatService - Nero Pieters has helped me get car insurance. Very happy with the phone call, as I usually dread these things. To give a little background as to what I mean: I am hard of hearing and especially have trouble hearing what is said over the phone. Nero repeated what was said as often as possible to let me understand what was going on with the car insurance that I am taking. Keep up the good work :)
I ordered a product from them at the beginning of December last year. They still haven't delivered it (it is now almost halfway through January). I get no replies from either sending a mail directly, or contacting them via their website form, and no answer on the phone number either. Avoid guitarshack.co.za at all costs!
Background: I have tried to change my personal details previously this year, within the same branch. The teller back then told (rather rudely) me that the documentation that I had was invalid and that they weren't able to change my details without offering any details on what I should change. This weekend I went back with a slightly amended document. My experience: The clerk (called Vivi Khondowe) helped me within minutes of first arriving at his desk. His attitude was very friendly and he looked over my documentation. He confirmed that everything was in order with the documentation and that the only problem was that he couldn't put it into the system because the date was invalid (as this was the first time i had a gap to go to the bank in months). I sighed and told him that I didn't really have time during the week as I work full-time. He told me that this wasn't a problem, and gave me his card. He told me that I will be able to just email him the documents and he will be able to update my details accordingly. Today I mailed him, and he replied within 5 minutes with a new copy of my statements stamped by him with all of the correct personal details included on the form. Bottom line: Went to the branch, expecting the worst. Had a very friendly and helpful clerk (big shout out to Vivi Khondowe!) that gave me his contact details so that I wouldn't have to revisit the branch in order to change my personal details as I didn't have the correct documentation while I was there. I contacted him today and he sorted out my problem within 5 minutes. Very very good service!
