I personally observed the following hygiene failures on the premises: • A used band aid left on the floor • An empty medication box on the floor • A blood-stained item left on the floor — a serious infection control concern In a healthcare environment, these oversights are unacceptable. Blood-contaminated materials on the floor represent a direct risk of cross-contamination and reflect a serious lapse in standard cleaning and waste disposal protocols. Beyond the cleanliness issues, the level of service I received was poor and notably slow, despite there being no emergency situation that could account for such delays. Patients deserve timely, dignified care regardless of how busy or quiet the facility is at any given time.
I ordered a hake, chips, coleslaw and onions rings meal from Fishaways Rustenburg Square, Rustenburg, with 2x creamy lemon sauce for sharing at an additional cost, however I did not receive the sauce, the order was wrong and the food was terrible.
I ordered an item on the iStore online portal. Upon receiving the package, I realised it was not what I wanted, and proceeded to log a returns claim. I have logged several claims and have called the sales team several times, but I have still not been assisted. Terrible service is an understatement of what I have received.
