Sorbet Paddocks
I would like to comment my daughters trip to Sorbet Paddocks. She has just turned 17 and is a regular client of the salon. In the month of her birthday (June), she received an SMS offering her a 50%discount on a treatment. She booked a gel pedi. On completion of the treatment she was told that because she hadn’t registered she couldn’t get the discount ( but she received the SMS so how had she not registered?) they told her to register there at the till which she started doing. THEN, when they saw that she wasn’t 18, she was told that she didn’t qualify for the discount! R540 of her birthday money spent when it should only have been R270. TOTAL misrepresentation when she received notice of the discount. I will NEVER support them again!!

exorbitant prices
I called Drain Surgeon to come and check on a bad smell i had in one of my bathrooms. They did not quote me a call-out fee. The guys came to my house and stayed for less than 30 minutes, they fiddled around a bit and they said they could not fix the problem because it was Friday and would come back on Monday. The office lady phoned on Monday to check if i was satisfied with what was done. I told her they said they would be back that day but the smell day gone. I then got a bill of R1 500 for the 'work' they had done. on query of this they said it was a half hour call out and that was the price. i was appalled!!! Another company had done a whole day job for me on digging up and replacing pipes and it came to just over R4 000. R1 500 for 30 minutes! DISGUSTING!!!!! i will never recommend this company to anyone.
