We are going into four days without electricity and this matter was reported, mind you it’s winter and we have kids to prepare for school and our food has gone rotten, we keep calling them and nothing happens, come on guys..we are in the Lombardy west area, more then 50 houses have no electricity
My network has been down for three days now In the krugersdorp area,kagiso to be specific..this is getting tiring now and I’m sure hello Peter is tired of me now..I’ve been told to reset my router countless times and that is not working at all..I’ve been patient with rain but enough is enough
My network has been down for a week now everytime im home after work ever since this promo nonsense, when you call support they always tell you the saaaame story blah blah reset your router and mind you I’ve done it a million times and that time I’m paying close to R800..it’s flippen useless now I can’t even watch tv nor do work when I’m home

I joined the rain family last month and the internet worked perfectly until they debited their money on the 1st of July my router suddenly said no service till today 17 days later,I’ve sent countless emails and nothing has happend,I’m not happy at all!! Because come month end I’ll be paying for services I couldn’t use half of the month this is by far the worst customer service eveeeer I’ve even dmed their Facebook page since theyve said it’ll be solved,this is honestly tiring I’m five to cancelling my contract
