I’m so disgusted by the service I received from Tekkietown. I made a payment on the 29 August 2025, and mistakenly made an error with one number on the card. I have sent the required documents for this to rectified. I sent the documents on th 6th Septembe2025 and they said they will rectify this within 5-7 working days but today is the 15 of September but still the problem has not be rectified. When a called the call centre I spoke to a very rude Agent by the name Jaiden who was very rude, I’m so disgusted by their service
The service is so disgusting, I have never been so disappointed with a company ever. I signed up for a month to month service in 2023 with rain. Cancelled the service before end of April, as we were approaching a new month. Cancelled on their app and the service were no longer on the app, then I get messages that should I need to be connected I must make a payment. I contact Rain’s call centre to confirm if cancellation was successful. They confirmed everything is cancelled. They came and fetched their router. Now I keep on getting messages that I owe them R698. I ask how come, because I was on a month to month, now they say I’m on postpaid. Rain are ****mers. We even communicate with people who can not speak proper English.
