Whilst in Durban I purchased Snow Ball cakes, it seemed more like tow weeks old. I reported it to pick n pay but the only response I received that it was under investigation. To date no further reply. Very sad for such a large business enterprise. Poor non-guranteed services. Promised to fix repair that he had done, that continues to leak. Said he will come back and fix it. Always full of excuses. Never use his services. A fly by night company.
Very poorly designed portal for application for passport. We visited a DHA office and was told that we must book online. The website states otherwise. No advice on what time one is able to login to the DHA website to book. Only after visiting a Bank branch, we we advised of a login Time to book. Very inconvenient, online portal should be open 24/7
Visited the store this morning. Had excellent service from Byron. Didn't get his surname. Dropped what he was doing and assisted us with our purchase (100kgs extra) on our shopping list. Checkers, value staff like him. He is an asset to your store.
Firstly the app stinks. Not compatible with users. If one orders in quantities, its restrictions are ****. Better your online booking service and delivery. We don't have to login ten times to access the site. Plus to delete and reinstall the app
One cannot get any appointments for applications. System is always off or login again to try and book
Discovery Medical aid scheme is a *******. We had not used our contribution except for chronic health benefits. As pensioners, our premiums are beyond affordable. Discovery has no consideration for us. We cannot get any liveable premiums as pensioners. Discovery health needs to review the scheme plans
I had Cancelled an order 31 October 2024. Promised refund between two and five days. It's now 28 days and still no refunds after making calls just about every day and several emails. They don't ever reply to emails. I received one phone call on Sunday 27 October and no further communication.
