Unfair and unreasonable customer treatment, no ability to cancel without substantial fees when selling car.
C tracks customer service is unreasonable, unfair and downright immoral. There is no option to cancel the contract after selling your car, without a substantial (R4k+) cancellation fee. I sold my car and have no way to get out of a 3+ year contract (which I am sure I wouldn't have signed if they mentioned the inability to cancel). The only alternative they gave me is to transfer the tracker to another car which costs R1600. So they force you to stay in a contract even when they are providing you with no service. How does it make sense to pay for something every month which you are not using. It seems like a ****, or just very unfair customer treatment.

Terrible customer service and overall experience
We've received terrible service from afrihost in stellenbosch. We increased our Internet speed from 20mb to 50mb and after paying for 50mb the speed wasn't increased, and we are still receiving 20mb. After contacting them numerous times, they keep blameshifting vumatel, and sending out technicians to work on the line, while the issue is with afrihost not making any changes on their side.

Best customer service
Thanks to Justin, manager at Cape union Mart, Mall of Africa, as well as head office, who helped me with choosing the best hiking boots for my feet. Even though I didn't listen to his initial recommendation, they helped me a lot with sorting out the refund so that I can exchange for a better fitting shoe. Thanks again, very much appreciated!
