So I ordered take-aways at Nina's Jeffrey's Bay as we were hungry from traveling. However, after collecting, we got home and found a hair in the pasta that we ordered. I called immediately and told them the colour of the hair found, the response I got was "sorry" and was informed they will convey to their manager and call me back and they did not. I am truly disappointed and will never order anything from them again. 2 customers lost.
I've recently bought online clothes from shop.adidas.co.za.They arrived and I've opened the tracksuit pants, removed the blue label and fitted my pants on. When i checked in the mirror the were 3 small bleach/dye stains on my pants...ive then read through their return policy and it says you cant remove the tag and it should be in the original sealed bag. Thanks for putting a stained pants in a package and wasting my money.
The leg of my sofa broke in level 5 lockdown.After level 4 i phoned and told them about it.They said they cant fix it because my warranty expired during level 5 lockdown.Should they not extend my warranty.I sent numerous e-mails to them which they dont reply to.I just wanted it fix and not replaced...Got it fixed by myself and they have lost a customer.Very bad service!
