Never again will I buy another from Rochester, There after sales and customer care divisions have no idea what UX means.
Horrible, I have called them over 50times, logged over 20 calls, escalated to 3 Managers and went into there store and dealt with a Rude Manager that has no idea what Customer experience is. It's been 4 Months and still no resolve and not a single call back.

If there was a minus rating for the company, I would have gladly selected it. This organization has absolutely no customer centrisity. From the consultant Andrea till the manager Brendon. Re new It HQ should really concider auditing this branch. No feedback is provided They don't return calls They lie continuously The workman ship is horrible Missing parts New Errors My car was with them for a simple computer change which took them months to resolve (By the way they used a 3rd party) only to get my car back in a worse condition, even after paying them. I have finally found a company that is able to fix my car up to the proper standards. Re new it HQ, This Rivonia branch is tarnishing your brand name, I personally will never take my cars back there and will advise against anyone else to take there cars there.
I have been escalating for months to Rain via mail, call logs etc in regards to the network speed, However Rains after sales if horrible. @Rain, If you do decide to assist, whenever so, contact me.
