MWEBS EMAILS DONT GO OUT AND ALL OTHER COMPANIES HAVE BLOCKED ANY EMAILS WITH MWEB ATTACHED TO THEM AS POOR REPUTATION OF DOMAIN USED IN MESSAGE.
They offer 24/7 assistance but after 5 the phones dont get answered. During the day you can hold on for 30 mins only to be told that he needs to find out about the problem and then puts you on hold again for another 45 minutes. Our emails with mweb are going into the recipients junk mail and MWeb cant assist us, with an excuse that the ****mers are getting more clever. WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER
Water Tech Plumbers Great Brak River worst service ever. We needed to get them out over and over 5 times to fix a leak after they installed a vanity for us. They then sent us an exorbitant bill for R18,000 to fit 4 vanities and fix a leaking tap. Quite ridiculous. After we called the owner to investigate they claimed that is there price and gave us R2000 discount. So bill is R16000. He also claimed he needed to send a team out each time.... 6 members of the team stood around and only 1 member worked. Very expensive and terrible terrible service.
Contacted Henry Paxton to do plans for alterations a month ago and havent had any feedback as yet despite requesting the matter is urgent.
CTM George we purchased a bathroom cabinet and before it was loaded we noticed the mirror was cracked. The manager assured us he would order another one which would arrive the following Friday and promised to deliver it. Two weeks later we drove from Great Brak River to the George branch to collect only to be told they busy offloading the truck and they would deliver. We still await our bathroom cabinet and no explanation from the branch todate. The plumbers installing the equipment have come and gone and we will be left now with another call out because of CTM. We have been greatly inconvenienced because of this.
SMD Boksburg selling cars without the registration papers being available this despite them charging a R2000 admin fee. Email upon email just goes unresponsive. We requested that they courier the registration documents to us seeing as they were not available when we collected the car but they just ignore our emails for 3 weeks now. Terrible terrible team in the Boksburg Branch
We have bought vehicles from SMD - both Port Elizabeth and Cape Town and never are the registration documents available when the vehicle is sold - this despite them charging a R2000 document fee. After numerous phone calls and emails, they just advise that the documentation is ready for collection 2 weeks after the vehicle has been paid for. We are currently 400 km from their nearest depot and SMD refuse to deliver the documents
