My payments were made into Clientele Pay@ reference and are not allocated to the Policy . Can B3 fix this error because now the policy has lapsed but payments were made
I have a serious issue with Capitec Consultants not willing to assist with missing payment query , in this kind of economy , can a person accept losing money without explanation . I paid into an absa account via Payshap on the 20th of February , funds did not reflect in the beneficiaries account and I even went into the bank with statements to prove this to no avail . People need to be careful with this bank . Only thing Iv heard thus far is Bankserv , Guys be careful .
I have struggled to get my Vodacom insurance cancelled for the past 2 months whereby the consultants keep on telling me my Vodacom account is overdue. How is this even possible when I am not on contract ? Yoh … they further made an adverse update on my credit report for insurance ????? I don’t recommend this service provider to anyone .
