Vodacom will make you drive down to the customer branch, while all you need is clarity if you call the call center you get impatience and taciturn interactivity. I am not one to complain but today I am upset not because I've been here for years or that I believe in concepts like customer loyalty (a statistic for bubble heads) but because you don't show honesty on your dashboards or in the app and expect clients to go through a routine process of queueing for service. Becaureful and ensure that your time is found valuable here.
