Excellent knowledge of Paradox alarm systems
Excellent, professional service from Altimate. They have helped me set up my Paradox alarm system to its best potential, 5 years after its installation and several security companies later, all of whom did not have enough knowledge of the system to help us.

Professional security door installations
I was looking for affordable security doors, given a recent spate of robberies in our area. After receiving exorbitant quotes from other companies, I found HPT Doors online and found them to offer a far more affordable product for the general household consumer. Within minutes of sending an email, I had a response and, a few hours later, a site visit. Within a couple of days, the doors were installed professionally, with excellent clean-up as well. Very impressed!

Electronics Scam
This is a scam, advertising on Junkmail and potentially elsewhere. They send an email after you have shown interest in their products with a very legitimate blurb and a link to a website which then comes up looking very professional. You pay, they promise to deliver and then string you along, saying the driver will be there in 3 hours, they've had logistical problems, so sorry etc etc. Nothing arrives and no-one answers the phone anymore. There are at least 3 people involved; one is Muslim, as the WhatsApp status refers to Allah and the other is a North African gentleman called Desmond; the third is a lady (may or may not actually exist) called Monica Ngubani. Do not be conned like I was. I lost over 12k to them.

Flexi Club run an unscrupulous, exploitative business.
My sister, Natalie Jean Shackleton has been trying to get help with cancelling our 30 year Flexi-Club membership for months now. She has been sent from pillar to post, told that someone would get back to her, with NO satisfactory assistance whatsoever. We are in the middle of a pandemic; our economy is in ruins, people are struggling to make ends meet, yet we cannot get any assistance from Flexi Club in cancelling this timeshare membership, that we hardly use anyway, as we can never get a booking of our choice. All we want to do is to give it back, despite the fact that it is actually worth a fortune on paper. We are tired of being scammed by them, tired of being locked into contracts that we cannot get out of, simply because their strategy is to ignore us when we ask for help! They have a long history of unfair practice, that has been well documented in the media over the years, yet somehow they still manage to get away with it! Appalling, exploitative business practice. #hadenough
