5G Device worked fine since inception in May 2020, Internet stopped working 06/07/2020. Although device shows connected to WiFi, there is 0 internet service. Logged a ticket 07/07, no response. Logged one again 10/07, no response. Automated response received 14/07/2020 that high number on inquiries have been auctioned over the past few days. Was advised to reboot/reset my router. Same problem occurs. Today is day 17 without internet. Their call center is non existent and you cant do anything but wait for them to eventually respond to your tickets.
