Extremely Bad Customer Service
Placed an order and paid online for a replacement side mirror on 2 September 2025, to date I have not received my order. When I call to follow up the only feedback I receive is that they will engage with online manage and give feedback. I have called more than 10 times this week not a single feedback received. The last person I spoke to is Sihle and now when I asked to be transferred to her line I am told she is on a call since 10 am this morning or she simply drop my calls. Order number :105391

Bad service : Left stranded without my car, driver never pitched after service was done
I took a car for service at Rand stadium Toyota on 23 July 2020. While they were busy with my car I asked for a lift to drop me at work and again collect me once the car is done. When the car was done Rian gave me a call to notify me that a driver is on his way to pick me up, but the driver never showed up and I didn't even receive a call or missed call from him. I only received a call from Rian at 17:04 letting me know that the shop is closing and the driver claims he couldn't get hold of me. I am now stranded without transport, I need a car to travel back to Pretoria. Ref : 21992886
