Excellent service, BUT they refused to assist me on the breakdown
These scammers keep on debiting my business accounts changing amounts and references to access my accounts at any given date if the month and they change the debit order amounts to manipulate your account. I called their call center on number of times only to receive a cold apology. I ended up having to close my business accounts from different banks and open new ones These people are commuting serious fraudulent activities deliberately and people must be aware about such It’s been three days in a row every morning I wake up with a new debit orders with different amounts ran against my ABSA and FNB business accounts
They have failed dismally to process my late father’s estate since January 2021. I gave them everything on the 19th January and they gave me an 0860439770 which the never answer and the email address they never responded
They sold me a s**** truck which broke down on the sixth day after delivery and they refused to fix it, I ended up spending R250k on a new engine , they offered to sell me a second hand engine for R80k and I refused They are very rude and unprofessional
