I’ve been battling to get my WiFi sorted out, and within 30 minutes have unlimited LTE and router for collection after 9am. Lerato has been nothing short of amazing!
I booked an Ooni pizza course to be held in Durban in May this year. Unfortunately Motherdough postponed the course to the end of August which I accepted. In August the course was cancelled and they agreed to refund the R2000. I have contacted them on number ours occasions and keep getting excuses or promises for payment. This has yet to materialise, and I am so irritated. There is only an address care@motherdough.co.za, where one can send all queries. They do not have any telephone listings. I never cancelled the course, and should not be left begging for my money back.
I placed a large order with this company. I received an out of stock email, and a request to supply my bank details. Payfast have not had any transaction go through their system, so it seems a fraudulent site. I have instituted a fraud claim with my bank. I have not been able to get hold of anyone at Manicaa, and there is no customer support.
