Motherdough has failed miserably
I Paid for a delivery in December 2023. This didn't ever arrive, and on Jan 2 2024 I reached out to Motherdough to enquire about their "offline" website. I got a response 2 days later from Lance Littlefield telling me that the website was offline for maintenance (complete and utter lies!) and they'll " We are going to have to refund your purchase in full as we have huge delays with some imported ingredients due to port congestion." I sent my banking details for them to refund me my hard earned money. It is now the 8th March 2024, and they are completely ignoring my requests for feedback and / or delivery of purchased goods. I have tried to contact the business on Feb 2nd, and Feb 9th, and now again today. But I still haven't received any response from this supposedly reputable establishment.

Motherdough poor customer service
I booked an Ooni pizza course to be held in Durban in May this year. Unfortunately Motherdough postponed the course to the end of August which I accepted. In August the course was cancelled and they agreed to refund the R2000. I have contacted them on number ours occasions and keep getting excuses or promises for payment. This has yet to materialise, and I am so irritated. There is only an address care@motherdough.co.za, where one can send all queries. They do not have any telephone listings. I never cancelled the course, and should not be left begging for my money back.

Online scam
This looks like an online scam. I placed an order for starter culture from Motherdough on 16 December 2022. The web site says orders are shipped within 3 to 7 working days. As at 30 January 2023 the order has not been fulfilled. Numerous emails were sent and only I got a response to one email on 10 January saying the order will be shipped the next day.

Online scam
